Chloë’s brother died in 2015. Jassy’s dad died in 2016. They became friends, through and with their grief.
Holding It Together is an intimate and highly visual performance work exploring the evolving nature of friendship and grief. A collboration between Jassy, Chloë and a large mass of bubblewrap, the performance asks, what does grief look and feel like?
Post-performance audiences members are invited to stay in the space, where a specialist grief counsellor is present, to allow time to reflect on the work and any emotions it may bring up.
